Terms & Conditions

Compiled from the “Company Policy & Injection Rate List” and the “Final Investigation Rate List” (effective 01 August 2026). All prices in INR. This app is for internal team reference only — confirm with management before quoting unusual cases.

Consultations

• Basic consultation covers assessment of patient, O/P.E, history taking, prescription, and use of manual BP apparatus, thermometer and stethoscope. Time up to 15 minutes — countdown starts after reaching the bedside. Doctor up to 3 years’ experience.
• Premium consultation (₹3,000–5,000): visiting consultant with special-department experience — Medicine / ENT / Ophthalmology / Paediatrics / Cardio / Neuro / Gynae / Gastro / Ortho / Pulmonology / Intensivist / ICU / ER / OPD / IPD — arranged on demand by the booking party.
• Ultra Premium (₹3,500–6,000): urgent / emergency-basis arrangement on demand by the booking party. More than 3 years’ experience in any department (ER / OPD / IPD); over 3 years, add ₹500 per additional year.
• Advance consultation: visiting consultant with more than 3 years’ experience, on demand by the booking party — ₹1,500 (basic) + ₹500 per additional year.

Procedures, Monitoring & Consumables

• Monitoring & diagnostic items (nebulization, cardiac monitor, SpO2, glucometer, consumables) are used by the medical team during treatment and examination of the patient.
• Dressing packages, sutures, NG tube insertion, Foley’s catheterization and colostomy bag changing are performed by the visiting doctor, or under the observation of the visiting doctor / nursing staff, as noted per item.
• All injections / infusions / bolus items are administered under doctor / visiting doctor observation.
• Nursing service (procedure charges) applies when nursing staff / doctor assistant engages in procedures — IM/IV injection, nebulization, sample collection, consultation, etc.

Additional & Emergency Charges

• Night charges (₹1,000–3,000) apply additionally between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Emergency charges (₹1,500–3,500) depend on urgency and demand–supply chain factors (hiring factor of doctors).
• Oxygen (₹600/hr, 4–5 L): by oxygen cylinder or concentrator machine, depending on oxygen saturation and flow (litres/minute).
• Rapid test kit, haematocrit/haemoglobinometer, lipometer, isotonic enema and ECG (12 lead) are charged additional, over and above the Basic consultation category (item 1).
• Stand-by doctor supervision (₹1,500 per unit / 15 min; 1500/15 min = 1 unit) applies when medications, injections or other consumable medical items are provided by the attender / patient side / booking party. It does not apply if all medical items are already included under doctor observation charges.
• Other services charges — 8% on total bill: covers biomedical waste management, online platform operation, MRD / HR resources and travel surcharge. Applicable to all circumstances / services.

Investigations, Imaging & Packages

• Prices in INR; home sample collection is included unless stated otherwise.
• UPT is billed as per the MRP printed on the kit.
• TEE pricing is on request.
• DST is performed as per endocrine protocol; price varies by protocol (₹20,000–30,000).
• V/Q scan is not available at Doctor at Home and has been excluded.
• Panels in Section 8B are also listed with the same codes in Sections 5 & 6.
• Reporting period is counted from sample receipt at the laboratory; “Working Day” excludes Sundays.
